1 qt. water
1/2 c. salt
1/2 pint fresh snap beans, ends removed
1 Tbsp. butter
Onion powder to taste
Combine salt and water in 2 qt. saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil. Place beans in water; cook for 5 minutes. Drain beans. Toss beans with butter and onion powder. Serve warm.
