1 3/4 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. 2% milk
3 6-8oz. servings hot chocolate mix*
Combine cream and milk in large mixing bowl. Stir in hot chocolate mix, dissolving mix. Put mixture in ice cream maker, following manufacturer's instructions.
*Most hot chocolate mix has directions for making a single serving, which is usually 6 or 8 ounces. Whatever amount of mixture that is -- an envelope, a scoop, a tablespoon, whatever -- multiply it by 3 and add that much to the cream/milk mixture.

WORKS IN PROGRESS
Okay, this got completely out of date once I started keeping track on Ravelry. I'm thinking about how best to do this with the least amount of effort. You'll know when I know.
