The wrong way
(Not to be confused with the wrong hole.)This morning's weigh in...175.5. What?!?! I'm really not all that surprised, to tell you the truth. It was my birthday last week and I like to indulge myself on my birthday. And also I'm retaining some water (woman things). And I only managed to exercise once last week and not for very long, so I'm sure that didn't hdelp. I'm npt beating myself up over it, or going crazy with the dieting to "make up for it" or anything like that (I am, in fact, holding a Triple Venti Skim Caramel Macchiato in my hand as I type this. Well, in the other hand, not the typing one.). I'm still establishing my routine and just getting started and I'm doing much better this week so far. Except for the TVSCM.
